About
Having visited Beara from Harrow , England every summer since 1999, I made this my home in 2007 and have never looked back. The variety of the scenery in the Beara peninsula offers never ending opportunities to photograph the passionate landscape in a place I see as the most beautiful in the world.
After working for many years in mainly medical administration, I graduated with a first class honours degree in Psychology, taught at the University of Westminster in London, as well as facilitating mental health support groups and co-ordinating a very successful befriending scheme for Mind in Harrow (a Mental Health Charity)
I am involved in various Irish Mental Health Organisations, both locally and Nationally.
My other interests are listening to music (I have eclectic tastes encompassing everything from heavy rock to international folk music), I sing and dabble in playing the piano and guitar and have now found my musical metier in drumming!
